The core role scope and responsibilities of the Business Development and Partnerships Associate, SEA will be:

  • Co-develop and execute a dynamic strategy for identifying, attracting, and engaging potential project implementation partners;
  • Manage a pipeline of potential implementation partners from initial engagement through to signed agreement;
  • Cultivate relationships with a range of stakeholders in health in support of organizational goals and targets;
  • Identify relevant RFPs, and develop corresponding proposals.

Senior Human Resources Manager

The core role scope and responsibilities of the Senior Human Resources Manager will be:

  • Play a critical role in driving the HR strategy for talent attraction, development, and retention, complementing the reach52 business strategy, roadmap, and growth plans.
  • Design and deliver robust programs and solutions to creatively solve business challenges in areas such as employee engagement, cohesion, resource optimization, strong organizational culture, and change management.
  • Handle sensitive employee relations issues such as complaints, performance management, and conflict resolution.

The core role scope and responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist, Cambodia will be:

  • Install and configure latest app releases, programs and operating systems on mobile devices and laptops.
  • Trouble shoot systems and applications by analyzing possible causes of user problems.
  • Timely documentation of issues and management of resolutions.
  • Involvement in testing of new release features before it is sent to production, to ensure that the features are compatible with the local devices, language, and customs.

The core role scope and responsibilities of the Senior Data Analyst, India will be:

  • Oversee and implement the acquisition of multiple and diverse data sets into reach52’s Cloudstore systems.
  • Develop and operate the Cloudstore solution and operation feeds.
  • Manage and segment the data, so it can be used to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of reach52 services.
  • Build, test, and deploy predictive models to enable preventative and highly targeted public health programs.
  • Interpret and visualize data, distilling insights to support organizational decision making and strategy development.
  • Design and configure of required dashboards in reach52 reporting platforms.
  • Collaborate on the establishment and maintenance of clean data, rich information, always ensuring high data integrity.

The core role scope and responsibilities of the Senior Quality Assurance Tester, India will be:

  • Review and analyze system specifications
  • Develop comprehensive test plans for manual and automated testing.
  • Responsibility for test execution and reporting on the quality of our software products.
  • Management of testing outputs of multiple development streams working on the same product.
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams in a timely manner.

The core role scope and responsibilities of the Data Architect Intern, Singapore will be:

  • Review of our current database architecture (conceptual and logical schemas) and data flow (between applications), design and propose improvements aimed at increasing data integrity and user ID integrity.
  • Review the content of our current data repository across existing apps to assess it for completeness, integrity and quality, and propose modifications to existing apps and database schemas to improve and refine further.
  • Collaborate with our data science internal and external teams to finalize current prototypes of data science dashboards.
  • Learn about the MOSIP project, and setup Reach52 test pilot of MOSIP architecture as potential foundational ID system for Reach52, perform SWOT analysis of MOSIP system.

  • Work with the CMO to develop marketing strategies & plans for the communities and our public/private sector partners.
  • Manage and co-ordinate integrated on/offline communication campaigns for the communities in the Philippines, Cambodia and new countries planned.
  • Develop and deliver demand generation programmes to acquire and retain public and private sector partners.
  • Design, implement and optimize social media programmes (in particular LinkedIn, Facebook and twitter) to drive awareness, engagement and conversion.
  • Manage the reach52 website and all search engine optimization activity (working with our external agency)
  • Oversee the reach52 database, CRM and e-marketing programmes
