The core role scope and responsibilities of the Senior Backend Software Engineer, Philippines will be:

  • Propose, manage and implement No-SQL database solutions within projects;
  • Understand and analyse user’s data requirements and defects to create and maintain schema designs;
  • To be a central point of control and consolidation around schema change management;
  • To be a central point for B2B integration activities;
  • To develop our server-side architecture in support of our – off-line first application strategy and our online management and workflow functions.

The core role scope and responsibilities of the Implementation Manager, Philippines will be:

  • Work with reach52 partners (government, private companies, NGOs etc) to deliver bespoke community programs.
  • Work with IT developers to share technology changes needed and provide business guidance.
  • Manage and deliver user training.
  • Manage reach52 service implementation – aligning scalable activities with target impact outcomes.
  • Work on strategy for new launch sites and inform pipeline for service expansion through effective yet cost efficient methods.

  • Research of potential partners in the areas of maternal and child health, non-communicable diseases and screening/ diagnostic tests, fintech solutions that can be implemented in India, Philippines and Cambodia.

The core role scope and responsibilities of the Data Architect Intern, Singapore will be:

  • Review of our current database architecture (conceptual and logical schemas) and data flow (between applications), design and propose improvements aimed at increasing data integrity and user ID integrity.
  • Review the content of our current data repository across existing apps to assess it for completeness, integrity and quality, and propose modifications to existing apps and database schemas to improve and refine further.
  • Collaborate with our data science internal and external teams to finalize current prototypes of data science dashboards.

  • Work with the CMO to develop marketing strategies & plans for the communities and our public/private sector partners.
  • Manage and co-ordinate integrated on/offline communication campaigns for the communities in the Philippines, Cambodia and new countries planned.
  • Develop and deliver demand generation programmes to acquire and retain public and private sector partners.
  • Design, implement and optimize social media programmes (in particular LinkedIn, Facebook and twitter) to drive awareness, engagement and conversion.
  • Manage the reach52 website and all search engine optimization activity (working with our external agency)
  • Oversee the reach52 database, CRM and e-marketing programmes
