The core role scope and responsibilities of the Project Implementation Analyst, Philippines will be:

  • Support the Project and Implementation Team in delivering community projects.
  • Support in designing and content creation of training materials for e-health platforms.
  • Tasked to encode the gathered data in our state-of-the-art mobile application, Access.

The core role scope and responsibilities of the Software Engineer - Backend, India will be:

  • Develop quality software and web applications

Head of Marketplace Sales

The core role scope and responsibilities of the Head of Marketplace Sales will be:

  • Own and grow P&L for marketplace services;
  • Build a robust marketplace and customer engagement strategy across our core markets;
  • Work with leadership to define the core metrics and growth plan;
  • Oversee and own the execution of this plan, working alongside country teams to implement the services;
  • Execute and identify opportunities to improve sales via partnerships, deals, supplier and merchant sourcing and negotiation, training effective sales agents, effective localised marketing strategies;
  • Understand our existing marketplace and logistics efforts, pilots and projects, evaluating them and using them as a foundation for future services and scale;
  • Research, define and build alternative revenue and monetisation channels such as ads, data and research;
  • Manage accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual reporting;
  • Closely engage with the broader reach52 team across product, engineering, finance, etc to support the design, implementation and operational management of services;
  • Work with the same teams to help manage any fraud, compliance and audit;

Head of Growth

The core role scope and responsibilities of the Head of Growth will be:

  • Work as part of the leadership team to define our market expansion strategy and prioritisation;
  • Develop an operational market launch playbook and continually innovate processes;
  • Operationalise this plan, building a market launch team in our core offices as well as new markets; Evaluate, recruit and onboard Growth Partners;
  • Report on performance against key metrics and numbers;
  • Lead regulatory and legal work needed for country expansion;
  • Work closely with product, engineering and data team/s to support tech configuration;

The core role scope and responsibilities of the Head, Program Delivery will be:

  • Work as part of the Management Team at reach52 to deliver a broad range of strategic initiatives
  • Meticulously ensure compliance of program requirements, overall objectives, timelines
  • Lead and manage the overall cross-functional project teams
  • Own the flow of information between the team and client, through regular meetings, written communications, formal progress reports including financial reports
  • Manage and oversee the entire portfolio of reach52 programs working directly with the COO

Tech Lead (Principal Architect / Tech Lead)

The core role scope and responsibilities of the Tech Lead (Principal Architect / Tech Lead) will be:

  • Work as part of the Management Team at reach52 to deliver a broad range of strategic initiatives in our roadmap
  • Lead the architecture and design of our tech product (version 2.0 of our current apps) including selecting the best fit technology platforms, data and system architecture that fits the company’s midterm needs
  • Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs
  • Manage Engineering Leads and deliver requirements/design for product development in a timely manner
  • Support quality assurance team and ensure our product is rigorously tested and meets specification
  • Work closely with our Infrastructure Manager to ensure robust operations of our product for an affordable price (through an efficient use of cloud-based resources)

  • Design and deliver robust programs and solutions to creatively solve business challenges in areas such as employee engagement, cohesion, resource optimization, strong organizational culture, and change management.

The core role scope and responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist, Cambodia will be:

  • Install and configure latest app releases, programs and operating systems on mobile devices and laptops.
  • Trouble shoot systems and applications by analyzing possible causes of user problems.
  • Timely documentation of issues and management of resolutions.
  • Involvement in testing of new release features before it is sent to production, to ensure that the features are compatible with the local devices, language, and customs.
