Business Development and Marketing Intern

The core role scope and responsibilities of the Business Development and Marketing Intern will be:

  • Research of potential partners in the areas of maternal and child health, non-communicable diseases and screening/ diagnostic tests, fintech solutions that can be implemented in India, Philippines and Cambodia.
  • Support in grant proposal submissions
  • Support in marketing pitches and the creation of customized pitch decks for partners.
  • Support other strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, take minutes and ensure follow up on action items as discussed with both internal and external stakeholders.
Engineering
Data Architect Intern

The core role scope and responsibilities of the Data Architect Intern will be:

  • Review of our current database architecture (conceptual and logical schemas) and data flow (between applications), design and propose improvements aimed at increasing data integrity and user ID integrity.
  • Review the content of our current data repository across existing apps to assess it for completeness, integrity and quality, and propose modifications to existing apps and database schemas to improve and refine further.
  • Collaborate with our data science internal and external teams to finalize current prototypes of data science dashboards.
  • Learn about the MOSIP project, and setup Reach52 test pilot of MOSIP architecture as potential foundational ID system for Reach52, perform SWOT analysis of MOSIP system.

Full Stack Development Lead, India

The core role scope and responsibilities of the Full Stack Development Lead, India will be:

  • Propose, manage and implement technical solutions within projects;
  • Understand and analyze user requirements and defects to create and change designs;
  • To be able to work to minimize and manage application level risk;
  • Lead and assure new designs and changes to existing or new system components;
  • To use and develop efficient engineering process and git flows;
  • To develop unit and integration tests for code and help exploit continuous integration techniques
  • Build and deployment of code via Play Store;
  • Implement security testing, monitoring and reporting;
  • Provide technical guidance to juniors.

The core role scope and responsibilities of the General Manager, India will be:

  • Manage new site implementations of reach52’s service

The core role scope and responsibilities of the Marketing Manager, Philippines will be:

  • Work with the CMO to develop marketing strategies & plans for the communities and our public/private sector partners.
  • Manage and co-ordinate integrated on/offline communication campaigns for the communities in the Philippines, Cambodia and new countries planned.
  • Develop and deliver demand generation programmes to acquire and retain public and private sector partners.
  • Design, implement and optimize social media programmes (in particular LinkedIn, Facebook and twitter) to drive awareness, engagement and conversion.
  • Manage the reach52 website and all search engine optimization activity (working with our external agency)
  • Oversee the reach52 database, CRM and e-marketing programmes
  • Manage the in-house design team and agencies to create a wide range of core marketing materials
  • Set KPIs, and monitor, report on and optimise the effectiveness of all marketing communications.
  • Lead internal engagement and comms to ensure reach52 teams ‘live the brand’ and support marketing’s goals across the business

  • Work within reach52 communities to manage a field force and actively drive sales quotas, through offering affordable medicines, over the counter health products, insurance and other similar services
  • Manage and meet sales target, creating reports summarising the performance of the team
  • Manage and implement sales force training and ongoing retraining to improve effectiveness of the field force
  • Work with the field force and shadow them, to understand blockers and objections, and help improve and refine sales training processes
  • Work with reach52 management team to define sales process and other essential documentation
  • Manage any escalations from the field force, and help with any community-level issues
  • Conduct random spot checks and audits on field force to ensure adherence to processes and integrity of their accounts
  • Manage ongoing hiring, performance appraisal and other functions of the field force
